Terms of Service (Short Version)

Below is a summary of our key terms. The full General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) is available upon request.

1. Packages & Pricing

2. Mix & Match – Combine Packages

You may combine at least two different packages for different employees in a single visit.

• The total base package price must reach 1,250 RMB (travel fees and extra images are not counted).
• Example: 1 Silver (1,080 RMB) + 1 Team (380 RMB) = 1,460 RMB – valid.
• Example: 1 Bronze (680 RMB) + 1 Team (380 RMB) = 1,060 RMB – invalid (below 1,250 RMB).

3. Pricing & Payment

• Package prices are per person.
• A 30% deposit of the total package price is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining 70% balance is due on the day of the session, after selection and before retouching begins.
• Extra retouched images: 150 RMB each. Must be paid before retouching begins.
• Payment methods: WeChat Pay / Alipay / Bank transfer (large groups). Cash is not accepted.

4. Travel Fees

• Shanghai city: Travel fee quoted based on your office location..
• Other cities: Travel (transport + accommodation) quoted separately.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 5 working days' notice: Free rescheduling. Deposit fully transferable.
• Less than 5 working days' notice: The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• Force majeure (typhoon, heavy rain, etc.): Free rescheduling, deposit transferable.

6. Selection & Delivery

• Selection gallery (low-res, watermarked) sent within 2–3 business days after the session.
• Gallery available for 15 days from date of delivery. Client may modify selections at any time during this period.
• Once final selection is submitted, it is locked. No further changes allowed (except adding extra images).
• Final retouched images delivered within 5–7 working days after selection and full payment.
• Final gallery (retouched images) available for 90 days from delivery. Please download promptly.
• No RAW files or unedited images are delivered.

7. Usage Rights

• The company may use images for website, LinkedIn (company page and employee personal pages), internal directory, etc. (see full GTCS for details).
• The photographer may use images for portfolio and social media promotion, unless the subject checks "Refuse". Refusal does not affect service quality or price.
• Important: All participating employees must sign the Model Release & Usage Agreement before the session begins.

8. Important Notes

• Makeup artist / hair stylist is not included. Client provides or we recommend (extra cost).
• Image archiving: Unselected RAW (3 months), selected RAW (6 months), final retouched JPEG (1 year).
• Retrieval after archive expiry is subject to an administrative fee.
