Xia

Xia walked into The Tiny Studio with a quiet certainty, a presence that filled the space without needing to prove anything. From the very first moment, there was no hesitation in her, no need to warm up or find her place — she was already there.

She wasn’t shy at all, and conversation came easily, naturally, flowing from one topic to another without limits. Open-minded and curious, she brought a relaxed energy into the room, making the exchange as important as the images themselves.

Her confidence was not loud, not performative, but steady and grounded. She faced the lens directly, with a clarity in her gaze that didn’t seek approval, only expression. Every movement felt intentional, as if she knew exactly what she wanted to give, and how to give it.
I didn’t need to guide much. A few words, a slight adjustment, and she would take it further on her own, exploring subtle variations with precision and ease. The session moved forward naturally, without doubt.

In such a small space, her confidence changed everything. The limits disappeared, replaced by a strong, focused energy that shaped each frame.

With Xia, the portraits didn’t need to be searched for.
They were already there.
