Terms & Booking Information — Personal Brand Photography

All packages include professional retouching and full personal-brand usage rights. Makeup and hair styling are available on request, at extra cost. Travel fees outside central Shanghai are quoted based on location.
2. Booking & Payment

A 30% deposit secures your date.

The remaining balance is due once you've made your final photo selection.

Accepted payment methods: WeChat Pay / Alipay / Bank transfer. Cash is not accepted.
3. Travel Fees

Shanghai city: Travel fee quoted based on your office location..

Other cities: Travel (transport + accommodation) quoted separately.
4. Incidental Expenses During the Session
The package price covers professional photography and retouching only. Any "out-of-pocket" costs that come up on the day itself are the client's responsibility, including:

Location rental or entrance fees.

Local transport (e.g. Didi/taxi) between locations during the shoot.

Food and drinks (coffee, snacks) purchased during the session.
This is separate from the photographer's own travel fee described above.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellation

5+ working days' notice: free rescheduling, deposit fully transferable to the new date.

Less than 5 working days' notice: the deposit is non-refundable, though we're happy to find a new date together where possible.

Bad weather for outdoor shoots: always rescheduled free of charge.
6. After Your Session

You'll select your favourite images from a private online gallery.

Once your final selection is confirmed and payment is complete, your retouched images are typically delivered within two weeks.

No RAW files or unedited proofs are delivered.
7. Your Usage Rights

Once delivered, your images are yours to use — website, LinkedIn, WeChat, marketing materials, speaking engagements, press, and more — for your personal brand, worldwide, with no expiry.

Important: a short Model Release & Usage Agreement is reviewed and signed together before the session begins.
